Due to current trends, an organization is constantly in transformation. The trends of today are unmistakable. The VUCA world, the movement for social innovation and the increasing demand for SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). These trends force you as a company to be flexible. Resilient. They ask for sharpness from you as a DGA, manager, commander, headmaster or civil servant. Today you take strategic decisions and tomorrow the technology, customer needs or market forces require an adjustment of your decision. Everything is therefore about handy maneuvering. Be agile. Flexible. Sensible and above all: wise. All too often we see that the mindset is risk-driven and causes organizations to get stuck. Movement starts with focusing the collective mindset on what we want to put into the world and what is not yet there. This provides inspiration, enthusiasm, vocation and connectedness. That is why controlling the right mindset is our greatest collective challenge. This adaptive mindset can be trained with which we are able to provide an appropriate and correct response in a wide range of different situations. We base ourselves on the age-old Buddhist wisdom tradition and translate this into Western work floors.
