This kindness and compassion are crucial in this fast-paced modern world that is increasingly showing us how we are interconnected. The economic success of our organizations depends entirely on the harmonious relationships and interactions between the people who share a common goal. That is why a strong awareness and understanding of the experience and feeling of the other is essential for the leaders, so that they can interact with them in a way that is efficient and effective as well as sensitive and caring.

We are Lama Jigmé Namgyal and Henco van der Weijden. We met in 2003 and have been connected ever since. We contribute and are committed to a sustainable, harmonious business climate, employee happiness and bridging seemingly impossible worlds. A better world is a world where people are happier. Every person wants to be happy, nobody wants to suffer. This is something we all have in common. We make this Buddhist wisdom tradition and culture practical for companies, entrepreneurs, management teams and employees.

  • 2003 How it started

    Lama Jigmé and Henco meet each other in Trier in Germany while teaching by Penor Rinpoche. Henco offers Lama a lift to Luxembourg. They get talking and a nice plan for a meditation weekend in Rotterdam is created. Christmas 2003 is the first meditation weekend in the Netherlands. After the success of this meditation weekend, Lama and Henco decide together to set up a Buddhist center in Rotterdam.

  • 2004 The first steps

    The following steps are discussed and taken:

  • 2005 Travel and opening center
      Together Lama and Henco organize a Buddha travel vacation to India. The journey goes through all the important places of Prince Siddharta, Buddha. This trip is the start of a large number of Buddha trips. Also in 2005: trip to Nepal Opening Buddhist center Rotterdam: Phuntsok Chö Ling Rodenrijslaan Opening Buddhist center Luxembourg
  • 2007 in 2008

    With an entire travel group from the Netherlands unforgettable Buddha trips to India. We traveled together through all the important places where Prince Siddharta has lived, traveled and achieved enlightenment. Great!
